Stephen Antram – Founder, CertPFS (DM)
Stephen has advised on all aspects of financial planning for the past 30 years, helping individuals and businesses make the most of their money and achieve their financial goals. With specialist taxation qualifications and extensive knowledge of the stock market, Stephen finds financial solutions for clients that are practical and commercial, whether they relate to accountancy investments, including property, pensions and retirement planning.
Sue Benson – Independent Financial Adviser, DipPFS
Sue has been an integral part of the Antrams Financial Services team for the last 10 years, and has 16 years experience in the financial services industry in total. Sue has significant experience in wealth management, and has established a reputation for offering a friendly and efficient service. She mainly assists clients with investment growth, income and estate planning, although her expertise also extends to retirement planning and protection.
Stephen Bridges – Independent Financial Adviser, DipPFS MA
An established member of the team of financial advisers at Antrams, Stephen has over 20 years experience in wealth management. He has a proven reputation for providing expert advice on personal wealth and ways to maximise returns for agreed levels of risk, whether within pensions or privately held funds.
Trevor Brooks – Equity Release Adviser
Trevor has been a financial adviser for 36 years and has a wealth of experience. Following a life change last year Trevor now specialises in Equity and Capital release strategies. Trevor offers a no-cost initial meeting to assess suitability and whether Equity Release is the right solution. Trevor is also happy to review existing contracts to ensure that the current contract is still appropriate and can’t be bettered in the market.
Trevor Brown – Independent Financial Adviser, CeMap DIPFa MIFS
Trevor has worked in financial services for over 20 years and has a wealth of experience in dealing with clients from all walks of life and delivering advice in a clear, consistent and reliable way. He takes great enjoyment from helping people plan their future from a financial perspective, as well as offering help, guidance and support, whatever their financial situation.
Mat Hammond – Mortgage Adviser, CeMap
Mat has worked in the financial services sector since 1988 and predominantly advises in the mortgage sector, covering all residential and commercial mortgage options. Mat focuses particularly on Buy-to-Let (and Let-to-Buy) loans, working with a number of clients who run substantial property portfolios.
Michael Hayward – Independent Financial Adviser – BA (Hons) BSc (Hons) Dip PFs,
Michael has over 25 years’ experience in financial services and is a well-established Independent Financial Adviser advising clients on investments, savings and retirement planning. In particular, Michael has considerable experience of working with Public Sector clients and has a good understanding of the challenges and opportunities people within this field face. Michael is also fluent in French.
Shelley Ide – Mortgage Adviser Cert CII (MP & ER)
Shelley has been working for Antrams on a number of different projects over the past 3½ years splitting her time between the Worthing and Brighton offices. Shelley’s focus is now predominantly mortgages and equity release, assisting clients with a range of different mortgage needs and requirements.
Lester Killip – Chartered Financial Planner, Pension Specialist & Fellow of the PFS, FPFS
As a Chartered Financial Planner, Lester has the highest level of qualification in financial services. He has since gained industry recognition by becoming a Fellow of the PFS after attaining a Pension Specialist qualification. Lester provides a sophisticated and comprehensive approach to financial planning and consistently exceeds the needs and expectations of both his personal and corporate clients. CII qualified in equity release and funding care costs, Lester also specialises in providing advice to retired clients to help them enjoy a comfortable retirement, both in the short and long term.
Adrian Ridley – Independent Financial Adviser & Pension Specialist
Adrian has been providing financial planning advice to his clients since 1999, following 10 years with NatWest Bank. He has recently attained a Pension Specialist qualification to enhance his considerable experience in financial planning and this, together with his years at NatWest, allows him to take a holistic view of his client’s requirements when providing advice. Adrian’s philosophy is to build long-lasting relationships with his clients, enabling him to guide them through their financial lifetime.
Mark Robinson – Financial Planner, West Sussex Office
Based in Worthing, Mark’s ethos is to help his clients understand their key life-stages, dreams and aspirations and the best possible way they can use the financial planning process to achieve these. Mark is well respected in his field and specialises in advising companies with up to 350 employees, helping them implement, manage and maintain their Auto Enrollment Schemes.
Hena Shad – Independent Financial Planner, DipFA, CeMap
Hena has over 11 years’ experience in Financial Services, mainly with leading banks. Her area of expertise covers investment solutions, mortgages, protection and retirement planning. Hena brings a multitude of experience to offer bespoke investment structures and future income sustainability for her clients. Her strong financial network includes residential and commercial lending to individuals and businesses. Hena enjoys working closely with her clients to find solutions and building trust and long-term relationships throughout.
Richard Thirkettle – Independent Financial Adviser, DipPFS
With over 30 years in the financial services industry, Richard has excellent knowledge and insight in all areas of financial services. Richard helps his clients achieve their financial planning goals in a clear, concise manner and manages their expectations, advising on investments, pre and post retirement planning, protection and inheritance tax planning. He enjoys building long lasting relationships with his clients.
Anna Webb – Independent Financial Adviser, BBA DipPFS CertII (MP)
Anna has over 25 years’ experience in the financial services sector. Anna’s clients are generally retired and she provides a broad range of financial advice, with a particular focus on how to maximise investments, use tax allowances, preserve estates for the next generation and fund care fees.
Kate Lavender – STEP Accountant
Kate is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). She trained with BDO Stoy Hayward where she specialised in trust accounts and taxation. Kate qualified in 2002 and was appointed a partner in Antrams Accountancy Services in the same year. She heads up the Small Business Unit and advises a range of smaller businesses and self-employed individuals.
Sharon Kenyon – ACCA Accountant
Sharon trained with BDO Binder Hamlyn and qualified in 1996. She went on to a successful career in industry, where she specialised in business support, covering management accounts, performance measurement, budgeting and strategic planning. In 2008, Sharon became Finance Director of a local PLC, strengthening the business considerably and preparing it for a successful sale. During the sale, she met Stephen Antram and since 2012 has provided external accounting and commercial support for a number of Antrams business clients. Her current areas of expertise include year-end financial information, management accounts, budgets and cash flow forecasts.
Tracey Colverd – Chartered Accountant and Tax Adviser, BA ACA CTA
After training and qualifying as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser with KPMG, Tracey spent over 20 years working in their London and Sussex offices. She then joined with Stephen Antram to provide specialist advisory and taxation services to clients of the wider Antrams group. Tracey works with clients on taxation projects, including capital gains and inheritance planning, start-ups, acquisitions and disposals of businesses, general advisory, employee share schemes and overseas tax matters.
